ABC Juice

Apple, Beets and Carrots, with a splash of ginger.

This will give your day a boost!

Prep Time:

5 minutes

Serves:

2-4

Vegan

Ingredients

1 Apple, green is best, cut in half

1 Beet, remove tops, cut into quarters

4 Carrots 

1/2-inch fresh ginger

Instructions

Peel beet and carrots

Using a juicer, start with carrots, then beets, ginger and finish with apple. Skim foam off top, stir and enjoy!

It's a great way to change up your diet gradually.
