Bright & Blue Smoothie

A perfect post-workout drink! 

Prep Time:

5 minutes

Serves:

2

Vegan

Ingredients

1 c almond milk

1 c frozen blueberries

1 banana

1/2 c pineapple juice frozen

1/4 inch giner root, peeled

1/4 tsp turmeric

Instructions

Put all ingredient together in your blender and run on smoothie setting, or 'extract'. Blend for 45-60 seconds until well combined. Enjoy!

Tip: 

Add a few cubes of ice if your banana is not frozen
