I'm sharing with you some recipes from my kitchen.    I hope you enjoy them!

Hummus

Only Homemade Hummus will do!

Prep Time:

5 minutes

Serves:

6 - 8

Ingredients

1 15oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained, reserving liquid

1/4 cup reserved liquid

1/8 cup tahini

3 Tbsp olive oil

1/8 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/8 tsp cayenne

1 tsp sea salt

Dressing:

olive oil

paprika

parsley

Instructions

1. Put ingredients into a blender/food processor

2. Add more of the reserve liquid as needed to form a smooth puree

3. Transfer to serving bowl

4. Garnish with olive oil, paprika and fresh parsley
