PALEO Korean Beef

Flavors that will make your mouth water! 

Simple prep, rave reviews!

Prep Time:

10 minutes

Serves:

4

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes


Sauce:

1 T maple syrup

2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1/8 cup coconut aminos

1 T sesame oil


Toppings

Green onions, chopped

Sesame seeds

Instructions

Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside

In a skillet, brown the ground beef

Drain off extra fat half-way through

Add garlic and red pepper flakes 

Once browned, add the sauce

Cover and turn off for a few minutes to let the beef absorb the flavors

Tip: 

Take 2 minutes to cut up the green onion - it finishes the dish off perfectly!

Serve with steamed broccoli
