Rainbow Chard Simply Delicious
I have cracked the collard greens code!
Surprisingly delicious!
Prep Time:
10 minutes
Serves:

Ingredients
2 bunches of rainbow chard
1 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Squeeze of fresh lemon

Instructions
Wash the chard remove the stems, chop stems and set aside
Chop the dark green leaves coarsely, set aside
Saute the chopped stems in olive oil
Once soft, add the garlic, sea salt and red pepper flakes
Add coarsely chopped greens, mix well
Cover and let steam for 3 minutes
Finish with a squeeze of lemon

Squeeze the lemon just before serving
