Method 1) All in 

You go hungry until you learn enough meals and strategies to meet your needs. 

 

Method 2) Mealtime Mastery 

Here you start with learning breakfast foods first. Once you've conquered that, then move on to another meal.

 

Method 3) Food Group Substitution

Start with eliminating dairy. Find appropriate VEGAN replacements. Once you are completely good with those foods, then move on to another food group like eggs, or meat, or fish.

Method 4) Increase/Decrease

This is more simplistic, because you are simply replacing some of your meals and snacks with VEGAN options. As your Vegan options grow, your meat-based food diminish until at some point, you are 100% VEGAN
