  4. Purchase a sugar-free fiber supplement such as Metamucil, because KETO is low in fiber

  5. Practice making high fat food options like bone broth and fat bombs 

  6. KETO test strips and a KETO cookbook will keep you on track

  7. Helpful items: Sugar-free mint flavored chewing gum, A large water bottle, Stevia (a natural sugar substitute) and a 'fat separator' to make homemade bone broth!
