What is a Diet Analysis?

A diet analysis is a nutritional report; a 7-day average of all meals and snacks. It uses the US RDA values for your age to determine if you are getting the right nutrition. This report includes:

  • Calories

  • Fiber

  • Water

  • Vitamins & Minerals

  • Macro percentages (carbs-proteins-fats)

It's the place to start when considering a dietary change. Nutritionists know that every diet has nutritional gaps - so this will help focus attention of priority areas.
